Position Overview
The Admin Support Staff provides administrative support to the Admin Team Leader, Operations Operations divisional Leader, and other units within RBTC Nigeria. This position will equip RBTC Nigeria staffs and volunteers with necessary administrative resources and forms to carry out its day-to-day activities such as organising, planning and following through on all details, meeting all necessary deadlines, and preserving the integrity of administrative documents and records.. The successful candidate will experience the importance of back-end support to ministry / Christian campus work.
 
Responsibilities / Duties
  • Must maintain a vibrant, passionate and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Assist the Admin TL to arrange and schedule meetings and appointments within location campus utilizing Outlook, make reservations and travel arrangements, establish and maintain regular and special schedules of the work unit, and attend meetings as assigned.
  • Assist with mass and individual mailings within location campus.
  • Work with Student Support Services and Finance Department in generating and maintaining administrative records within location campus.
  • Receive incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail within location campus.
  • Maintain correspondence with Abuja Head Office.
  • Write monthly reports and submit to Training Centre Divisional Leader.
  • Operate computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
  • Perform general clerical duties within location campus, which include, but are not limited to, photocopying, collating print outs, faxing, mailing and filing.
  • Prepare stock inventory and record orders for merchandise or service within location campus.
  • Greet and assist visitors and answer enquiries.
  • Research and purchase office supplies within location campus.
  • Work with the facilities department to ensure our rent is up to date, power supply is available and the facility is useable at all times in the location campus.
  • Other responsibilities and duties which are commensurate with the post.

  • Minimum of B. Sc. or HND equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline.

Previous experience in an Operations role in a fast paced office environment.
