ABUJA LAND INVESTMENT

Five years ago, at my former place of work, I was returning to the office after handling a few official bank transactions. I met a beautiful yellow lady, fine like Zobo rubber being bounced by security. I intervened and asked what she was looking for, and she said she was a land agent marketing plots in new estates around Abuja. She attacked me with her fine face and sweet voice. Since I no dey wear my wedding ring and my not a bad person, I told her to follow me. Luckily, I was having Fanta at my office bridge for entertainment.  

This lady did everything to convince me to buy land at Kurudu-Jikwoye for very low prices. There was even one at ₦750k for 180sqm! I told her my salary could only afford two mudu of rice. At the time, I had a little cash and was planning to relocate my family to a better neighborhood. That money could have bought the land, but I was busy chasing immediate pleasures.  

Yesterday, I walked past the Glo Office in Wuse 2 and saw this lady again. We got talking, and I was shocked when she said those Kurudu lands now go for ₦8 million and above and that’s if I find someone willing to resell! Me, wey refuse to invest back then, I never relocated, and life’s wahala don chop the cash.  

I’m sharing this message to young people from humble backgrounds. You can change your family’s status by working smart. I for don gain over ₦7 million profit in less than 5 years! Lands in Kuje were less than ₦1 million two years back, but now? You go struggle to find any for ₦3 million since Wike fixed the roads.  

To rent a one-bedroom in a fine Neighborhood now, na ₦1.6 million or more. Abeg, if you get small savings, check areas like Kuje, Gwagwalada, Apo Waru-Wasa and buy lands.… just invest and manage your current situation with patience. Land na the best asset to invest in. You go thank God later!  

This current rush for estate development around Abuja fit no go last pass the next 20 years. By then, you go need 60 years of your live savings to buy property here, or you’ll run to neighboring States wey go still cost you leg.  

If you fit buy land cheap, try to pay off the developmental charges. Your profit go sweet you if you resell or develop it later. Even if you dey earn ₦100k as a single person, you fit buy land for Abuja and finish payment in two years.  

Community land sef, no come cheap again for Abuja. Last month, I task an agent to find community farming land for sale for Kuje make I  use train malu. Dem quote me ₦5 million for 100 by 100 plot! Na run I take enter under bed hide.  

Together, we fit grab this opportunity and defeat poverty. With wise investments, you might even land for Guzape Neighborhood you know say Guzape na the new “oil land” for billionaires?

I have a friend right now that want to sell two plots of land with C of O at Gwagwalada less than 3 million each. Dem if interested before I finish drinking this cold GARRI and Suya tantan.
