HEALTHY FOOD AND EXERCISES

Must times we don't need those Medicines, just simply fruits and regular exercise.  

I once garnish my rice with carrot, green beans, corn and put am for my lunch pack with some few dates. During lunch time for office, one colleague wey also bring rice come work saw my own and shout, "Oh boy, you dey enjoy oh!" 

I tell am make he bring him food, I bring my pen, and we do calculations. I spend ₦2,600 to cook my own, but this person spend ₦7,800 to cook him own. While him own was full with red meat and pepper ponmo, my own was garnish with health necessity.  

E dey more cheaper to cook healthy food than to cook belly-entertainment food. One time I buy roasted plantain, and one lady wey go with me buy cold Coke and bread. Some colleagues wey pass by start praising the lady for enjoying herself, dem call me poor man. I don visit dat lady twice for hospital bed.

You fit drink Coke and beer wey cost ₦1k, but you no fit buy fruit of ₦500. Foolishness na expensive! You fit spend ₦3k to buy ponmo to garnish food make your family enjoy, but you no fit spend ₦800 buy watermelon make your children chop. You see am as waste of money.  

The mentality say exercise na for fat people only is sick. Exercise na for every human being so long your health allow you. The sugar, Maggi, and salt we dey chop get big implications for our body wey prayers no fit solve na common God-given sense dey needed.  

Many people wey dey read this now, since this year never use money buy fruit or even go out for regular exercise.
