STREET GARDEN EGGS

Was walking along the road with someone who bought garden eggs from a street barrow and immediately started eating. I pointed out that it’s unsafe to eat without proper washing, and the next thing this person said was, “Dirty no dey kill African man.”

So many people are now spending hundreds, even millions, treating preventable sicknesses due to carelessness. Does “dirty no dey kill African man” really hold true.

Fruits like garden eggs must be washed thoroughly before eating. I love garden eggs too, but I always soak them in salt water for at least 5 minutes before rinsing and eating.

If you saw the worm-like bacteria and parasites on some fruits, you wouldn’t even want to touch them. These pathogens don’t die when ingested carelessly. They multiply by the millions in your system, feed on your nutrients, and damage your organs.

Don’t just buy fruits from the street and eat them unwashed. Today’s soil, streets, and environment are 100% more toxic and chemically contaminated than 100 years ago.

Until the moment when will shall dance in white Greater Grace.
